Uluslararası sivil toplum kuruluşları, İsrail’e hukuk dışı ilhak planlarının son bulması çağrısında bulundu. İsrail’in ‘ırkçı yaklaşımlı bölücü politikalarına karşı’ ortak bir bildiri yayınlayan onlarca STK, İsrail’in Filistin halkı üzerindeki emellerinden vazgeçmesi gerektiğini belirtti.
‘İşgal durdurulsun’
İlhak planlarını gerçekleştirirse bunun İsrail tarafından yıllar boyunca sürdürüleceğinin altını çizen sivil toplum kuruluşları, BM Genel Kurulu’nu İsrail’in işgalini durdurması için acil olarak yapıcı adımlar atmaya çağırdı. STK’lar, Filistin topraklarının İsrail’in ‘Apartheid (ırkçı)’ rejimine geçmesine şiddetle karşı olduklarını belirtip, Gazze’de süregelen hukuk dışı ablukanın son bulmasını istedi. STK’lar ortak bildiride, yerlerinden ve evlerinden edilmiş Filistinlilerin ve Filistinli mültecilerin kendi kaderlerini kendilerinin belirlemesi gerektiğini şiddetle vurguladı.
BM’den talepler
Bildiride, Birleşmiş Milletler’e seslenen sivil toplum kuruluşları, BM Genel Kurulu’ndan bazı taleplerde bulundu. Taleplerin başında “İsrail’in Filistin’i ‘ırkçı’ ilhak planları üzerinde uluslararası soruşturma başlatılmalı” ifadesi yer aldı. STK’lar Filistin’de bir sotlırım yaşandığına dikkat çekerek “21.yüzyılda ırk ayrımının son bulması için Apartheid’e karşı BM Özel Komitesi ve BM Merkezi’nin yeniden yapılandırılmalı” talebini BM’ne iletti.
İsrail’in işlediği suçlarının büyük bölümünün savaş suçları oldığunu belirten STK’lar bu suç sürecinin önlenmesi için “İsrail ile silah ticareti ve güvenlik/askeri işbirliğinin yasaklanmasını talep etti. Benzer şekilde uluslararası arenada İsrail’in yasadışı olaraak tanımlaanan yerleşim yerleri ile ilgili olarak BM’ne “İsrail yerleşimcileriyle her türlü ticaret engellenmeli ve İsrail yerleşimcilerinin bölgelerinde gerçekleştirilen ticari girişimler durdurulmalı ve iş etkinliği son bulmalı” çağrısı yapıldı.
