Online Karabağ Anlaşma haritası

Azerbaycan ile Ermenistan arasında yaklaşık 45 gün süren çatışmaların ardından Türkiye’nin önerisi ile Rusya’nın aracılık ettiği bir kalıcı ateşkes anlaşmasına varıldı. Anlaşma, baazı bölgelerin en geç 1 Aralık’a kadar Azerbaycan’a teslim edilmesini, Karabağ’da Ermeni nüfusun yoğun şekilde yaşadığı yerlerde Rus Barış Gücü olarak bin 960 askerin görev yapmasını ve Ermenistan ile Rus barış gücü kontrolündeki Hankendi arasındaki iletişimin tesis edilmesi gibi önemli maddeler içeriyor.

 

Anlaşmanın bu maddelerine rağmen bugün RIA Novosti’de Rus makamlarına dayandırılarak yayınlanan bir harita Karabağ Anlaşması’nda 20 Kasım’a kadar Azerbaycan’a teslim edilmesi gereken Ağdam bölgesini Rus kontrolünde gösteriyordu.
