Bağdat’ın enerji alımı konusunda Beyaz Saray, Eylül ayında 60 günlük muafiyet tanıdı. Nihayetinde ise Irak’ın İran’dan doğalgaz ve elektrik alımını kesmesi bekleniyor. Bu sebeple de Bağdat, Total şirketi ile görüşerek temel enerji ihtiyacının giderilmesini hedefliyor.
